Victoria is a driven project management, customer experience and process improvement professional. In her role at MD Energy Advisors she works in a hybrid capacity, supporting BGE’s Connected Rewards Program and the Community Engagement team.  

Victoria uses a high level of creativity to recruit and engage in-field program promotion for 

multifamily property owners and existing program contractors. She helps the marketing team determine and select events to promote BGE’s Residential portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs and manages outreach program event inventory, logistics, and venues. 

Victoria is a trained creative professional whose passion for fashion led her to a career in specialty sales. As an intern, she was already researching prints and patterns that were walking the runway during the Spring and Summer 2017 fashion shows in New York, London, Milan, and Paris. She would go on to merchandise and manage for brands including American Eagle Outfitters before joining large consumer brand Target, where she became an executive team leader in specialty sales. 

Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Immaculata University in Pennsylvania.
