Steven is an expert in customer service and experience with effective interpersonal skills in developing long-term relationships. At MD Energy Advisors, he supports the growth and expansion of Avangrid’s energy efficiency products in Buffalo, Rochester, Ithaca, Binghamton and the surrounding areas.

Steven manages a team of four product analysts, ensuring the team provides education to employees at retail locations on the product benefits and best practices for selling products to consumers, as well as directly assisting consumers with understanding potential savings opportunities. He also provides support implementing critical field outreach and merchandising services to retailers of energy efficient lighting products and appliances across the territory.

Through Steven's passion, dedication and pursuit of excellence, he has progressed throughout his career, from sanitation services to route sales, to most recently regional sales manager for a major foods company based in New York State; earning accolades and awards along the way.
