Stephen is an experienced inspector and trainer who brings extensive technical expertise to MD Energy Advisors. He conducts site inspections and develops and maintains reporting for multiple energy efficiency projects in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.

Stephen documents work performed and reports findings and recommendations. Together with the team, he provides field support and implements market-transforming programs that encourage energy efficiency.

Stephen is an experienced inspector, having performed civil engineering inspections of commercial, residential, and public works projects ranging from $5M to $60M and held positions as a lead, field, and coordinating inspector in Virginia and Maryland, most recently for Tesla.

Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from West Virginia University.
