Rosane is an accomplished engineer and consultant who brings a wealth of expertise and experience to MD Energy Advisors, where she performs business, contractor, and project
development activities for Entergy New Orleans’ energy efficiency program, Energy Smart.

Rosane works directly with Energy Smart's commercial and industrial program team, including its marketing, outreach, operations, engineering, training, and management functions to build the pipeline of energy-savings projects. She has vast experience in Louisiana, where she began her career as an environmental engineer, and seamlessly transitioned to process engineering and then to business roles, including as an economist for ExxonMobil Corporation. For more than a decade before joining MDEA, Rosane worked as a consultant.

Rosane earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Chemical Engineering Concentration from Tulane University in New Orleans. She subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration, Finance Concentration from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master.

Rosane has vast volunteer experience, including service on multiple Boards, and as Co-Chair of Climate Reality Project, Greater New Orleans Chapter. She enjoys outdoor sports and activities.
