Paul Borissow brings over 17 years of experience across energy management, resiliency, technology, and innovation, with a strong foundation in consulting, investment support, and corporate development. He currently serves as a commercial solutions Energy Portfolio Manager at MD Energy Advisors, where he is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities across a diverse client base.

Paul leverages his understanding of energy products, services, and client relationship management to drive business development and deliver solutions aligned with client operational and financial goals. He focuses on building long-term partnerships and delivering measurable value through energy efficiency and operational improvements.

He began his career supporting energy investing through operations support and investment activities, before transitioning into corporate development for a multinational firm. Paul later served as President of an energy consulting firm, advising building owners on energy efficiency and system upgrades. Building on this foundation, he moved into business development, where he has led national efforts to originate and deliver energy and energy efficiency projects across commercial portfolios.
