Patrice is a passionate sales and marketing leader with a solid record of exceeding sales quotas, defining strategy, identifying profitable market trends and product categories; as well as developing, motivating, and coaching sales representatives, and managing distributors. In her role at MD Energy Advisors, she supports the growth and expansion of Baltimore Gas & Electric’s energy efficiency products. 

Patrice maintains relationships with major local, regional, and national distributors, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers to support their participation in the midstream heat pump water heater program. She also educates employees at retail locations on the product benefits and best practices for selling products to consumers and helps clients understand potential savings opportunities. 

Patrice has more than two decades of sales experience. She began her sales career in higher education textbook and technology sales with Pearson Education and Cengage Learning. She later transitioned to the oil and gas industry with Shell Oil. She went on to combine her sector expertise in multiple roles, including as an energy and materials global senior sales strategist, where she developed a global change strategy for the education software vertical of one of the world's largest engineering software companies. 

Patrice earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mobile in Mobile, Alabama and a  

Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland in Adelphi. She is a Member of the Board of Directors of the St. Francis Neighborhood Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
