Mechele brings direct knowledge of retail banking and joins MD Energy Advisors as a Product Merchandiser, serving as a key liaison between energy efficiency programs and retail partners.  

Along with the rest of the team, Mechele provides detailed product knowledge about energy-efficient technologies, while maintaining regular communication with key MD Energy clients. 

Mechele distributes promotional materials, conducts retailer education, and maintains strong relationships with store staff. Additionally, she contributes to marketing strategies and optimizing administrative processes by leaning on her strong interpersonal skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to work independently while managing a dynamic schedule of store visits and special events. 

Mechele earned her diploma from Woodlawn Senior High School and is licensed in as a Financial Advisor in the State of Maryland.
