Maryland Energy Advisors has added Lou Nazirides as a Channel Partner Manager in the MidAtlantic Region to the team, a critical role designed to build and manage relationships with lead-generating partners. Lou is a seasoned energy consultant with more than 30 years' experience driving revenue growth in traditional utilities, independent power producers (IPP), energy service companies, small scale distributed power generation, and in decarbonization markets focused on reducing carbon emissions. In simple terms, Lou finds qualified partners, keeps them engaged, and works to convert those leads into sales.

Prior to joining MDEA, Lou worked as an advisor to the Channel Partnership Development team at Highland Resources Group in New Jersey. With his deep energy market expertise combined with a long track record of revenue generation and experience leading both direct and indirect sales channels, Lou is a strong, cross-functional collaboration partner with proven skill at building and maintaining scaled national programs and meeting performance metrics. His experience with large-scale energy efficiencies, distributed generation, solar and on-site storage projects, capital raising and financial modeling experience, Lou is a highly respected contributor to the team at MDEA and brings his business acumen strategies to bear in the MidAtlantic Region and beyond.

Lou received a bachelor's degree in science from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
