Keema is a results-driven leader with more than five years of management experience. In her role at MD Energy Advisors, she supports the growth and expansion of New Jersey's energy efficiency products.  

Keema provides education and information about the local utility provider’s products in over 500 retail locations throughout the local service territory. She schedules and staffs special events at big box retail locations. With her vast product knowledge, she informs clients and consumers on residential savings opportunities and energy-efficient technologies such as appliances, electronics, residential LED lighting, and HVAC equipment to retail associates, contractors, and other trade allies participating in programs targeted at the residential sector as well as consumers. 

Keema has an extensive consumer marketing and management background. She began her career at Nike, where as a visual merchandiser, she and the marketing team successfully achieved the highest Black Friday sales, reaching their goal of $1,000,000. She has continued to skyrocket in her career since that time, excelling in customer management at such organizations as the YMCA and most recently, Athleta, where she was the talent acquisition manager. 

Keema earned a Master’s in Sports and Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
