Kaitlyn takes on the role of Project Coordinator at MD Energy Advisors, a key supporter of utility energy efficiency projects from start to finish. Kaitlyn supports day-to-day field staff and a network of subcontractors in accordance with program requirements by relying on her exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Having worked with CMC Energy Services in the past, Kaitlyn is knowledgeable about energy and compliance requirements that involve weatherization initiatives, HVAC measures, project energy savings, health and safety considerations and cost effectiveness. Kaitlyn is a detail-driven specialist who improves workflows, manages data, and keeps operations running smoothly; she's also ready to troubleshoot problems as they arise to ensure that everything is documented, compliant, and delivered on time.

Kaitlyn has obtained a Building Analyst Technician (BA-T) certification for diagnostic testing and data collection for home energy audits from the Building Performance Institute (BPI).
