With expertise in energy benchmarking using ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager, Kahlil is adept at tracking deficiencies, ensuring timely resolutions, and providing stakeholders with regular updates on commissioning progress.

In his former role as a Regulatory and Compliance Engineer at the Maryland Department of the Environment, Kahlil monitored project progress and ensured compliance with Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS), and he played a pivotal role in monitoring the commissioning process for capital projects and energy efficiency measures. His commitment to sustainability and compliance makes him a valuable asset in driving energy efficiency initiatives and delivering information in a clear and transparent manner.

Kahlil earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
