MD Energy Advisors welcomes Jerry Gbassagee as a Community Engagement Representative supporting Public Service Enterprise Group's Residential Home Weatherization Program in New Jersey. PSE&G is New Jersey's oldest and largest regulated utility and distributes natural gas and electricity to about 75% of the state's population, and Jerry focuses on early-stage project coordination to ensure customers experience a seamless and supportive enrollment process.

With his prior experience supporting and implementing high-volume call centers, specifically his ability to respond to and coordinate customer-facing interactions, Jerry is ideally suited for this position. His strong data tracking, quality control, and process improvement background rounds out his skillset and helps ensure consistent, accurate and smooth program performance.

Jerry is currently pursuing business foundations coursework with the University of Phoenix.
