Maryland Energy Advisors is pleased to welcome Jerica W. to the role of Energy Advisor for the New Orleans, Louisiana metropolitan area. Jerica supports the Energy Smart New Orleans program which helps businesses cut costs and become more sustainable when upgrading lighting and HVAC equipment.

Jerica knows how utility rebate programs operate and previously worked as an Operations Analyst for ILSI Engineering where she coordinated day-to-day field operations for the Entergy Solutions Efficiency Program. In her role as Energy Advisor, Jerica is responsible for qualifying opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and working to expand awareness of the program as she engages potential clients in-person and virtually. As she cultivates new business, Jerica also acts as a customer advocate that educates and advises customers with accurate knowledge of the energy efficiency products available in her marketplace
