Hannah joins Maryland Energy Advisors as a Service Provider Coordinator, bringing a strong background in operations, training, and client management. Her experience in fast-paced environments, coupled with an aptitude for process optimization and communication, makes her well-equipped to support commercial utility programs and build strong relationships with our service provider community. Â
In previous roles, Hannah was instrumental in developing training materials, managing a proprietary database, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external technical support. Bringing a diverse background in operations, training, client management, and emergency response, she joins as a Service Provider Coordinator, where her experience in developing training materials, managing databases, fostering stakeholder relationships, and demonstrating strong communication skills will be invaluable in supporting commercial utility programs and building a robust service provider network. Her experience extends beyond the production industry, including a role as an Emergency Management Specialist at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), where she provided critical support to disaster survivors, showcasing her strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex situations. Â
Hannah holds both a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in music from the University of the Arts.Â
