Maryland Energy Advisors welcomes Dorian Jenkins to the team as an Operations Associate Manager. Dorian manages the day-to-day operations of energy efficiency and weatherization projects in New Jersey and is a central player supporting the program manager, program team, subcontractors and clients. By keeping projects on track, ensuring requirements are met and projects are compliant, Dorian is instrumental in providing an exceptional customer experience on behalf of utility partner programs.

Before joining MDEA, Dorian served as a Program Support Supervisor at CMC Energy Services, where he launched and managed a utility energy efficiency and weatherization program for qualified homeowners across New Jersey. With more than seven years of hands-on experience in that role, Dorian brings the deep expertise necessary for both regulatory compliance and quality assurance expectations. Highly adept at resolving escalating customer concerns and handling issues with contractors, Dorian delivers timely, accurate and compliant solutions that keep homeowners, suppliers, and the utility partners highly satisfied.

Dorian has a certificate in Building Science Principles (BSP) from the Building Performance Institute (BPI).
