Diana is a meticulous and versatile retail merchandiser. At MD Energy Advisors, she supports the expansion and growth of Avangrid’s energy efficiency products in over 400 retail locations throughout New York State, including in Rochester, Buffalo, Ithaca and Binghamton. 

In her role, Diana contributes to the evolution of program strategies and the design of program features, services, and marketing campaigns. She also provides education and information to employees at retail locations on the product benefits and best practices for selling products to consumers and assists clients with understanding potential savings opportunities. 

After college, Diana spent several years raising her three children before beginning her career in retail. Upon returning to the workforce, she began working as a merchandiser for storied brands such as Hallmark. Just prior to joining MDEA, she was a retail merchandiser at CROSSMARK, which offers service-based solutions to help brands grow in store and online. 

Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.
