An accomplished energy market strategist with more than 20 years of experience across competitive electricity and natural gas markets, Debbie brings a powerful combination of market intelligence, structured execution, and commercial business acumen to the role.

Debbie has spent her career advising organizations of all types as energy market conditions changed and evolved. Known for her ability to align procurement strategy with broader business objectives, she balances long-term portfolio flexibility with methodical cost and risk management, which gives clients the confidence to weather the ups and downs of an unpredictable utility market.

At MDEA, Debbie serves as the operational engine behind our procurement strategy, from leading the RFP process from start to finish, to ensuring that supplier pricing is normalized, accurate, and fully documented. In addition, Debbie's disciplined approach supports proactive planning for the Sales and Sales Support teams and for the clients themselves. She is a passionate advocate for operational excellence and is instrumental in translating pricing trends and forward indicators into actionable guidance. In her prior role at Dynegy, a trusted retail electricity provider serving residential, municipal, and commercial customers across the Midwest, Debbie focused on providing best-in-industry solutions by developing client relationships predicated on a positive, customer-focused experience.

Debbie's expertise and perspective come from more than two decades of directly navigating a volatile industry. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois and received the Certified Energy Procurement Specialist (CEPS) qualification from the Association of Energy Engineers in 2016.
