MD Energy Advisors is pleased to have Daniel Perez join us as a Field Technician in New Jersey. Daniel supports residential and consumer-grade energy efficiency and weatherization undertakings throughout the state for qualified customers.

Prior to working with MDEA, Daniel worked with CMC Energy Services as a Home Energy Auditor specializing in the PSE&G Weatherization Program, an energy assessment that offers energy, health, and safety upgrades at no charge for qualified individuals. Coming in to MDEA with experience evaluating HVAC systems, insulation, windows, doors, appliances, and building envelopes for energy efficiency, Daniel continues to be a trusted resource for homeowners. He works with utility partners, program managers, and other field services professionals, Daniel performs daily efficiency activities and installs weatherproofing measures that can reduce energy costs for households in New Jersey.

Daniel has certifications as a Building Analyst and has completed the certification for Building Science Principles with the Building Performance Institute (BPI). He has also completed the OSHA 30-hour training course for General Industry.
