MD Energy Advisors is pleased to welcome Carlos Lopez as an Energy Efficiency Product Merchandiser for Georgia Power's Commercial Energy Program. Georgia Power is the largest electric subsidiary of Southern Company and supplies service to more than 2.7 million customers across Georgia. They offer a wide variety energy efficiency products, instant rebates, and structured upgrade programs for both residential and commercial customers.

Carlos comes to MDEA with a strong customer-advocacy background and a fine attention to detail. In previous roles, he managed a high-volume portfolio of more than 300 clients at Veeam Software, where he was responsible for customer engagement, education, and ensuring his clientele selected the appropriate product licensing during renewal cycles. Similarly, as an energy efficiency product merchandiser for commercial businesses, Carlos focuses on getting the right solution implemented by sharing information on the latest product rebates, available subsidies for larger renovations, and current incentives in the marketplace.
