Andrew brings vast experience as a business, credit and data analyst to his role at MDEA. He joins the second venture of the ownership team: PACE Capital Group (PCG)—a rapidly growing commercial real estate financing firm focused on providing financing for clean new construction projects for commercial buildings.

He is vital to increasing market awareness for PCG. Andrew also plays a critical role in all aspects of project development for PACE Capital Group, including the support of loan origination, transaction management, and underwriting; and supports PCG as it advances complex commercial projects through to completion.

Prior to joining the team, he served as Vice President of Howard Bank, where he managed a portfolio of more than $10 million of distressed commercial loans, and developed, implemented, negotiated, and executed exit strategies to mitigate the losses of troubled commercial loans. He served in several other capacities for the bank (formerly 1st Mariner Bank) for more than six years, including as a market manager and financial analyst and special assets representative. In addition to banking sector expertise, Andrew worked in the energy sector as a credit analyst, where he led the largest region for Exelon Corporation.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
