Stephanie is an experienced and inspirational leader with over 15 years of experience in energy efficiency and financial services. In her role with MD Energy Advisors, she is responsible for sourcing energy efficiency opportunities through a strategic outbound sales approach, including calls, emails, and outreach efforts within the PEPCO Maryland service territory. She also investigates new business opportunities, markets to potential clients, and builds relationships within and across industries that help to promote the PEPCO Energy Savings Program.

 

Prior to joining MDEA, Stephanie spent more than a decade as a relationship liaison with M&T Bank, where she facilitated and managed time sensitive multi-million dollar loan requests and honed her leadership and customer experience skills by working closely with attorneys, title companies and documentation specialists on commercial real estate and business acquisition transactions. She went on to transfer her skills to the energy sector, most recently serving as the director of operations for an Annapolis-based energy company, where she was responsible for project compliance from start to finish within multiple utility energy efficiency programs

Stephanie earned an Associate's of Art in General Studies from Montgomery College at Rockville, MD and studied Math and Education at Roanoke College at Salem, VA. She is dedicated volunteer for T.A.P.S.—Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors—which provides compassionate care for those grieving the death of a military loved one, and for the PTA in her local community. She also serves on the Corporate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
