Regina is a highly accomplished and trusted leader with a proven track record of achieving operational success.

 

Regina is responsible for managing the portfolio of utility programs for MDEA. This includes directing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, managing team leaders for individual utility programs, and guiding the financial health of the portfolio, including ensuring the achievement of individual program goals while exceeding customer expectations. Regina is also responsible for cultivating existing Business Development opportunities and developing new opportunities with existing partners and new clients.

 

Prior to joining MDEA, Regina played pivotal roles in energy efficiency program planning, delivery, and general management. Her career progression has afforded her the opportunity to develop expertise in energy storage products, scope 2 carbon emissions reduction strategies, savings measurement and verification, energy modeling, utility program and measure development, data analytics, reporting, and budgeting and forecasting.

 

Regina is a published expert on demand-side management, including energy efficiency and beneficial electrification initiatives. She earned a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University. Regina also holds several certifications, including Data Analytics from eCornell University; Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers; and in Professional Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC & Refrigeration.
