Noelle is an expert client services professional, bringing several years of experience in the automotive industry to MD Energy Advisors. In her role, she supports the growth and expansion of PSEG New Jersey energy efficiency products, providing education and information about PSEG’s products to employees in over 500 retail locations throughout the service territory.

 

She began her career as an environmentally focused science educator; later working at Rutgers University as a Research Project Assistant. Subsequently, Noelle shifted into a career in business operations and client services and built an incredible reputation as a Top Five Seller in the Region for the Management Trainee Program at Enterprise. During her tenure, she also managed and motivated a sales team to maintain an unheard of consistent customer service score of 88%.

 

Noelle is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Society. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
