Miesha is an innovative thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful strategies. In her role at MD Energy Advisors, she employs an outbound sales approach to source energy efficiency opportunities in the Macon and surrounding areas of Georgia Power’s service territory.

Miesha contributes to the development and deployment of an energy efficiency program that provides homeowners with energy savings measures and education. Acting as the customer’s advocate to ensure accurate knowledge of rebate programs in the marketplace, Miesha increases customer awareness of bot-tom-line benefits resulting from energy conservation solutions. She also supports utility sponsored Commercial programs to encourage energy efficiency.

Miesha is a strong leader, adept at managing teams and driving strategic outcomes, and skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and effective communication. She previously worked in the e-commerce sector and has an extensive and entrepreneurial background in UX and graphic design—founding and managing a successful brand design business for eight years.

Miesha earned an Associate of Liberal Arts & Sciences from Burlington County College, Bachelor’s of Digital Design, New Jersey Institute of Technology, and most recently a Certificate of UX Design from Southern Methodist University.
