Carolina is a versatile team player who brings more than a decade of experience in client services to MD Energy Advisors. She is an integral part of the rapid expansion of the company's services in the New Jersey region. In her role, Carolina provides education to employees at retail locations on the product benefits and best practices of selling products to consumers, as well as assists clients in understanding potential savings opportunities.

 

Carolina brings a stellar career in the hospitality industry to the company. She worked in guest services and group sales for major hotels, including the Omni and Warwick hotel brands. She also gained consumer retail expertise from her time at Target Corporation. Growing in each successive role, Carolina hired, managed, and trained team members to achieve guest services goals. For several years she was an executive assistant at the New York Athletic Club, where she was responsible for coordinating the charity golf outing and managing daily operations, including customizing marketing materials and managing donor related initiatives for the Athlete's Fund.

 

Carolina is fluent in several languages, including English, Spanish, and French. She holds a certificate from the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Carolina earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
