Dondra's skills as a client service and business development professional are vital to his role at MD Energy Advisors in our New Jersey territory. There, he supports the growth and expansion of PSEG New Jersey's energy efficiency products.

Dondra provides education and information about PSEG’s products at various retail locations throughout the PSEG service (Northern, Central, and Southern) territories; including providing knowledge and information on energy-efficient technologies such as appliances, electronics, residential LED lighting, and HVAC equipment to retail associates, contractors, and other trade allies participating in programs targeted at the residential sector as well as consumers. He also performs field service Quality Assurance & Control activities at various retail locations.

Dondra honed his skills in business management as the manager of an appliance company. He went on to rise through the ranks of Enterprise Holdings at Newark International Airport, where he was promoted four times in the span of three years. As a retail sales agent, he achieved an over 90% customer satisfaction rate and worked with the Risk Management Team to prevent over 85% of fraudulent transactions.

Dondra earned an Associate of Science in Concrete Industry Management with a minor in Business from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
