Jasmine is a performance-driven and efficient human resources professional with over seven years of experience, resulting in a strong knowledge of Human Resources policies and 

practices, and office administration. In her role at MD Energy Advisors, she is an integral part of the team contributing to the Company’s rapid growth and culture. 

Jasmine assists with all aspects of recruiting and managing employees’ onboarding and offboarding. She organizes the Company Culture Committee and assists in planning Company events. In addition to human resources responsibilities, she also supports operational and communications functions such as maintaining MDEA's website and social media and assists employees with system/IT issues and processes for support. 

Jasmine began her career as a human resources assistant and progressed rapidly through various human resources positions in the non-profit sector, as well as the gaming and technology industries. She honed her skills in many areas, including ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws and employment regulations in over thirty states, and Canada. 

In addition to her experience, Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. Subsequently, she earned a Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Leadership & Management Development from the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business in Baltimore, Maryland.  

She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, and the Iota Tau Chapter of Sigma Iota Epsilon, a National Honorary and Professional Management Fraternity.
