Energy Engineer

Priscille provides technical assistance and advisory services on energy efficient technologies and practices for clients participating in utility-sponsored programs, including schools, government buildings, and commercial and industrial (C&I) companies.

Before joining MD Energy Advisors, Priscille was an energy engineer at Green Generation Solutions in Bethesda, Maryland. While in her native Libreville, Gabon, she served as an energy analyst for the Ministry of Energy and Hydraulic Resources where she worked on the “Green Gabon” initiative to diversify the African nation’s energy mix and increase electricity access in rural areas.

Priscille is co-founder of Energy for All Gabon (EFAG), a nonprofit organization created with the Gabonese diaspora to organize fundraising events with the aim of purchasing and donating solar panels to rural communities.

She earned her M.S. in Energy (Systems Engineering and Management) from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Energy, Business, and Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.

Her master’s thesis “Incorporation of Sustainability in Process Control of Hydraulic Fracturing in Unconventional Reservoirs” was published in Chemical Engineering Research and Design Journal. The research explored integrated sustainability considerations of the post-fracking process to minimize annualized costs and evaluated treatment processes to mitigate environmental toxicity by treating wastewater.
