Michael's expertise in client service in New York and New Jersey and skill with various data processing software are a welcome addition to MDEA. In his role, he supports the growth and expansion of PSEG New Jersey's energy efficiency products.

Michael provides education and information about PSEG’s products in over 500 retail locations throughout the PSEG service territory; ensures products are accurately priced; and performs and follows up on in field service Quality Assurance & Control activities. He offers education to employees at retail locations on the product benefits and best practices for selling products to consumers, as well as assists clients with understanding potential savings opportunities. This includes providing knowledge and information on energy efficient technologies such as appliances, electronics, residential LED lighting, and HVAC equipment to retail associates, contractors and other trade allies participating in programs targeted at the residential sector, as well as consumers.

Just prior to joining MDEA, Michael was an auto damage adjuster for GEICO Insurance in Northern NJ, where he became further steeped in knowledge about the territory. Michael also worked in the medical profession and holds NHA Certifications in Medical Assisting and in Phlebotomy from Queensborough Community College. He previously completed credits in Liberal Arts at St. John's University.
