Ian is an experienced customer service and sales industry professional with expertise in building community report and management of social housing environments.

 

In his role at MD Energy Advisors, Ian is responsible for sourcing energy efficiency opportunities through an outbound sales approach, including calls, emails, and outreach efforts in the Augusta area covering the Eastern Region of Georgia Power’s service territory. Ian also contributes to the development and deployment of an energy efficiency program that provides homeowners with energy savings measures and education. He participates in foundational conversations and helps to promote Georgia Power’s Commercial Energy Efficiency programs, while working to promote the benefits of the program.

 

Ian honed many of his customer experience skills as a Direct Field Representative for the U.S. Census Bureau, where he interviewed respondents to collect survey and census data. As an integral member of the Census 2020 team he conducted door to door surveys, marketed the importance of the census to New York residents, and answered resident questions to encourage completion.

 

Ian is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of Westchester, with an expected graduation date in 2024.
