Cassandra brings a unique mix of problem-solving, technical, and relationship-building skills to MD Energy Advisors. In her role, she supports the company's portfolio implementation efforts from its Atlantic City, NJ office; building and maintaining relationships with key leaders in the home improvement industry.

She contributes to the evolution of program strategies and the design of program features and services. Moreover, she is responsible for maintaining strong communications with participating contractors and consultants on their experience with the program and providing them with technical, administrative, and marketing assistance.

Cassandra began her career as a program coordinator at the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club of Newark. After working in the child and youth development field for several years, she transitioned to a career following her passion for health and wellness as a pharmacy technician, where she further honed her client service skills. Subsequently, Cassandra joined Enterprise as a management assistant, where she ranked in the top five percent of sales in her region for several consecutive years.

Cassandra is bi-lingual, speaking French/Creole. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Bloomfield College and is licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Pharmacy.
