Amadea plays a vital part in ensuring MD Energy Advisors performs to its highest potential. She brings a wealth of expertise in operations functions to her role, including project management and marketing and branding. She skillfully ensures that both internal and external stakeholders have experiences with MDEA that reflect the company's core values.

 

Amadea leads key human resources responsibilities including, onboarding and training; as well as events management, coordinating MDEA signature events such as Conversations in the City and internal events that strengthen the company culture. Amadea manages MDEA's website updates; supports current clients and new business development; manages key executive administration tasks that assure efficiency across the company, and much more.

 

Prior to joining MDEA, Amadea held several creative and analytical positions. She was a marketing manager and specialist leasing coordinator for Petrie Richardson Ventures, where she designed, developed and executed marketing plans. Amadea is incredibly industrious and focused on advancing her studies. While earning a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Maryland University College, Amadea worked for the United States Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service Public Affairs branch and held multiple positions where she honed her customer experience skills.

 

Amadea also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, where she also minored in Graphic Design. She is currently a Master of Science in Management student at the University of Maryland Global Campus, specializing in Marketing.
