Sales Support Specialist
Alysha is an energetic, tenacious, and best practice driven professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales performance. She also brings a keen ability to enrich key relationships, manage existing partnerships, and creatively develop new business to MD Energy Advisors.
In her role, Alysha uses those skills to provide pre-deal and post-deal support to the client relationship manager and customers assigned to them. She provides post-deal solutions to assist customers/suppliers with issue resolution and Salesforce expertise to further ensure seamless customer onboarding; performs quality proactive welcome calls and first bill calls; and is responsible for collaborating with energy suppliers, utilities, and clients to process account changes and details capturing client needs in Salesforce.
Alysha's expertise ensures she provides a best-in-class customer experience. Prior to joining MDEA she was the Customer Success Manager for SnapComms, providing solutions to solve internal communication challenges, improve employee engagement and drive business performance. There she managed a diverse portfolio of 100+ small/medium and enterprise accounts, increasing annual net revenue retention and customer advocacy scores to 9-10, among other key success metrics.
Alysha is a gifted musical talent, earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance with a concentration in Operatic Studies from the California Institutes of the Arts. She has performed professionally with several organizations throughout Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, New York and California.
